Happy FREE cheese sample Thursday! 🧀🐂🐄 This week our friends joined forces next door with more friends at https://www.firstbranchcoffee.com/ (instead of Central Perk!) and pastor Ben Wolfe of the Royalton Congregational Church to enjoy today’s offering, Echo, from Good Hands Creamery just down the road in Windsor, Vt! From left to right are: Ben, First Branch employees Hannah and Ever and co-op crew members Jenny, Lennox and Alisa enjoying long “sips” of this very special cheese, just brimming with terroir, which means local flavor 😉, and is so delicious and versatile as to be dubbed “a wee bit dangerous” by our cheesemonger, Elizabeth. Its creators describe it as nutty and fruity, with mild subtle Swiss-y notes. Come on down and decide for yourself! You never know when Jennifer Aniston just might stop in for her free sample.
