Happy FREE cheese sample Thursday! šš§šš¤Bono, yes, THE Bono from U2, and our very own Matthewā„ļø, was so inspired by his own burning desire for local Lazy Lady FarmāsĀ https://www.lazyladyfarm.com/about.html Burning Desire that he flew over from Ireland to shoot some footage and serenade Jamaica in the cheese room. Burning Desireās bloomy rind cow cheese with chili pepper flakes is defiantly worth singing about and maybe even dancing when the heat kicks in as Bono can attest! Like most local food, Burning Desire is available for only part of the year. This cheese is produced only from late winter to spring, so enjoy it while it lasts! Lainiās goat milk production will soon be in full swing after kidding season and then it will be moooove over cows. The ephemeral nature of eating with the seasons sure does make life feel more precious, dynamic, interesting, exciting and dare we say, desirable, no?
