We are seeking an assistant grocery buyer to join our team! This is a 40 hour a week position that reports directly to our grocery buyer.
Retail, managerial and industry specific experience are a plus but not required. The right candidate will be a self motivated team player who will take pride in making their department the best it can be. Strong customer service skills are necessary as well as the ability to build relationships with suppliers. Responsibilities include: assisting with product line planning, purchasing, merchandising, staffing and department maintenance.
