Eighteen people had a great time learning how to make real, New York City style bagels with retired Rochester teacher, Faye Severy last Saturday. This was Faye’s second time teaching this workshop for the Co-op. One participant even attended both! Special thanks goes out as always to our partners at the White River Valley High School in SoRo. They graciously open their cafeteria and kitchen spaces to us so that these fun and educational community learning opportunities can occur. Thank you!
