Greetings from our Herbal Tonics Workshop

Fun and learning was had by all at our recent community workshop, Herbal Tonics: Spring Cleansing from Garden to Co-op, presented by Tunbridge based herbalist Alanna Birch https://www.alannabirch.com/. As with many of our workshops, White River Valley High Schoolhttps://www.wrvsd.org/en-US generously partners with us, allowing us use their facilities, which in this case included an herb walk around an inner courtyard to find and talk about the benefits of our spring friends: dandelion, violet and chickweed, who conveniently showed up for us and were part of our list of herbs that we learned about. Alanna put together a display of items found on our shelves at the Co-op that qualify as spring cleansers. We make attaining and maintaining health easy and Alanna can help guide you through her private practice at alannabirch.com. Thanks Alanna!
