Apple Crisp

Makes 6 servings

Ingredients
5 cups apples; peeled and sliced (about 8 medium)
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1⁄2 cup rolled oats
1⁄2 cup brown sugar, packed
1⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1⁄4 cup butter

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place apples in a 2-quart square baking dish; stir in granulated sugar.
In a separate bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon.
Cut in butter with 2 knives until mixture becomes like coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle topping over apples.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden.
