Our tamale making workshop with special guest Luis Martinez of https://tequiofoods.com/ and Nando Jaramillo of https://www.moonandstarsvt.org/ had 32 participants thanks to the Co-op’s new partnership with the Royalton campus of the White River Valley Supervisory Union, which allowed us to enjoy their kitchen and cafeteria space. Previously we had to limit workshop attendance to only Co-op members because we did not have access to a space large enough to accommodate members of the entire community. Now our dreams have come true and we offer community wide learning opportunities for all, just about every month of the year!
