Maple Palooza is FULL. Please check out April’s workshop

Let’s celebrate sugaring season and more with a gourmet meal! Please join local foodie and chef, Kip Bergstrom of The Perishable Cook for an all new workshop where we will be cooking in season with fresh, local ingredients to create a four course, gourmet meal!
The main course will be local lamb tagine with maple kissed cous-cous. Our soup will be curried local squash, apple & maple. The gravlax won’t be strictly local, but its maple, mustard dill sauce will be in part and who wouldn’t want to learn to make this delicacy?! Dessert will be entirely locally sourced baked apples with ice cream and maple syrup.
Cost is $20 per adult and mature youth are FREE with an adult. Register by March 12th. We look forward to seeing you there!
