Mango Sherbet

An easy, refreshing recipe with only two
ingredients. This tasty treat might bring happy
thoughts of sunny, warm summer days.
Try substituting other varieties or mixtures of
frozen fruit, such as berries, cherries, or peaches.
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
4 cups frozen mango chunks*
2/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt*
Instructions
Put mango chunks into a food processor or
blender and process into smaller pieces.
Add yogurt and process again until smooth. Serve
right away.
