Lacto Fermentation Workshop was a Blast!

Last Saturday’s community learning workshop was a blast! Presenter, Cathy Lawson, guided participants through the process of making their own lactofermented veggie mixes in Nando Jaramillo’s https://www.moonandstarsvt.org/ community kitchen to bring home and enjoy. Everyone was excited to learn this valuable skill and Cathy said that she would be willing to do it again next year for those who missed it this time around. Cheers!
