We carry both fresh and frozen meat and seafood. Fresh meat includes local as well as commercial and organic chicken, local ground beef and a wide range of beef cuts. Local artisan salami, a full line of natural, packaged lunch meats and natural chicken sausages round out our selection.

In our meat freezer, you will find several types of salmon, swordfish steaks, cod, clams and shrimp. We carry many flavors of locally grown and made turkey sausage and locally made, frozen meatballs in several flavors.
Meat that is on sale will be in here as will a few choices of prepared seafood items for reheating.

For our vegetarian and vegan friends, we also carry a wide selection of plant-based meat alternative products in our meat and dairy cases, as well as our freezer.
