His last workshop – Maplepalooza – was so popular and we look forward to another successful, fun and educational community learning experience.
The title of this workshop is “10 Gourmet Dishes in 10 Minutes Each for Under $10 Per Dish” or just “10-10-10”. Kip will teach us in he signature calm and organized style, to make Courgetti with Pesto & Poached Egg, Char Grilled Broccoli with Garlic & Red Chile, Kohlrabi Salad, Fattoush, Tomato-Watermelon Salad, Gazpacho with Corn & Peach, Hummus with Spicy Beef & Pine Nuts, Eggplant Parmesan, Caesar Salad and Shakshuka plus bonus dishes: Homemade Hummus, Homemade Red Sauce, Schug and last but not least, Lamb Barbacoa Tacos for just $1 per taco!
