Fruit & Veggie Critters

Looking for ways to get your littles to eat more fruits and veggies? These cute fruit and veggie critters are not just adorable – they’re a creative way to encourage kids to enjoy more fruits and veggies. Transform snack time into a fun, healthy adventure!

Ingredients:

  • Cucumbers
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Nut or seed butter and/or cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Grab your ingredients and choose your fruits and veggies! Some ingredients I found helpful to create these adorable critters were celery, cucumbers, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, tomatoes, grapes, and chives, and don’t forget the candy eyeballs! You can also use peanut butter or cream cheese!
  2. Get creative! Start assembling your critters! Your base is a celery stick. Add your “sticky substance” (PB or cream cheese) and then your toppings. Pro tip: Chives make great antennas! And the candy eyeballs will stick to your fruit or veggies with a little bit of cream cheese or peanut butter!
