We Learned how to Make Empanadas!

We made empanadas with Nando Jaramillo of https://www.moonandstarsvt.org/arepa-project on Saturday! The mood was jovial at this peer to peer community learning workshop that we held. Everyone went home with freshly made empanadas from locally grown ingredients and the knowledge to make more at home! People were empowered!
