Our gal Emma took one bite of Laliberté triple cream Brie from Fromagerie du Presbytère in Quebec and asked us to address her as Lady Liberty from now on. This treat is a bloomy rind, mild triple cream brie made with whole pasteurized cows milk and has a melting texture with a subtle mushroom flavour and fresh cream. Our cheesemonger Elizabeth has this to say about this freeing cheese, “Sooooooooo creamy and delicious!
