They paired this deliciously nutty alpine style cheese with the tasty Angelin – brand new to the Co-op! – from  https://www.angelonegro.it/en/the-wines-angelo-negro/in Italy and reportedly emerged from the cellar believing that they were in fact in Europe, where they had been enjoying a supposedly imported Tarentaise from Reading, VT. Give our befuddled world travelers some love! Maybe more cheese and less wine next time ladies.
