This beer was first brewed last year to celebrate our local “general”/village stores. Owen Campbell of Old City Farmentation – a Strafford, VT farmer and friend of River Roost Brewery of White River Junction, VT https://www.riverroostbrewery.com/ – brought the beer to life through his efforts and support!
We were able to have Owen back at the brewery, and he brought some of his farm grown Cascade hops! Like last year, we paired them with our lots of Amarillo and Citra to give the beer the typical Roost punch. We were excited to add some Valley Malt of MA for this year’s brew, and we’re really loving the character it brought! A really fun beer all around!
