FREE Introduction to Mindfulness workshop

We are so very happy to be offering workshops once again, and they are FREE!

Our first is a three part series presented by Co-op member, Rodney Sloat. It will happen in the meeting room in the Royalton Memorial Library on Saturday, March 11, 18 & 25. The room only holds 15 people, so register today by either emailing Heather at outreach@soromarket.coop or by calling the store at (802) 763-2400.
