About our traditional lacto-fermented foods
Nutrient dense organic vegetables grown right here on our farm become the healthiest, most delicious sauerkraut and kimchi each fall.
Our organic vegetables are harvested fresh at the peak of the season and then processed using traditional methods of lacto-fermentation: only Celtic Sea Salt® and vegetables (no vinegar). Whether it’s a sweet carrot or a huge head of cabbage, the love and care we put into growing these veggies shines through in the flavor and nourishment of our krauts. The resulting raw live food is full of beneficial bacteria, excellent for gut health, and bubbling with tangy flavor.
Our ferments are available for sale at natural food stores throughout central and northern Vermont! Look for them in the refrigerated section at the Co-op and other stores.
