Our selection of locally baked goodies grows! Now we receive deliveries from Lois at the North Tunbridge General Store, AND from Katie at the Tunbridge General Store https://thetunbridgegeneralstore.com/. Like Lois, Katie was born and raised in Vermont. She is a self taught baker from way back and was the sous chef at One Main Tap & Grill in Randolph before moving to the genny in Tunbridge, which is under new ownership and management. Katie is most well known for her original carrot cake, which flies off the shelves faster than lighting, though to be honest, all of her goodies, like Lois’, are popular. We usually take our delivery from the TGS on Thursday’s, but this week we will have to wait until Friday. Swing by the co-op to sample some of these delectable treats. Gluten free options too!
