Well known local artist, George Lawrence, of Turnbridge and wintering these past handful of years with his wife Jacqulyn Jimoi in North Carolina, has chosen the Co-op for his last show ever and we are honored! George, who is a happy, healthy, 88 years old, unfortunately has had to let painting go due to the intentional tremor which has developed in his hands. Not only do we have original works of his on our Art Wall this month, but we have reduced size prints of his fabulous and intricate painting of the village of South Royalton that hangs in the Co-op full time over the opposite register, for sale in the store. This is our last chance to purchase a George Lawrence original!
