Our cheese buyer, Elizabeth, listened when customers asked her to order local, von Trapp Farmstead’s “Mad River Blue” and “Savage” cheeses after they fell in love with them at our recent Meet our Member Artists Wine & Cheese Tasting. The Blue has been in our cheese cooler all week and tomorrow, Thursday, February 9th, she will be both sampling and putting the Savage out in the cooler for sale. Thanks Elizabeth!
