Based in the truth that this, quoth our cheesemonger, Elizabeth, “oozy, earthy full moon of flavor” is crafted with both goat and cow milk with a double measure of cream, our questers’ mantra of, “Goats and cows and double cream…oh my!” worked like a charm, leading them straight back to the cheese cooler here at the Co-op, where they found many more full moons of deliciousness on which to dine.
