DESCRIPTION:Our artist this month has lived in Sharon\, VT his entire life. Matt Moore says\, “I’ve been making art since the sixth grade and have accumulated an abundance of pieces. I mostly work in ink but have started to explore painting. I love expressing my creativity through art. One thing I love about creating is that I can do what I want and not have to follow other people’s “rules or guidelines”. Matt’s art is for sale and it will be sure brighten up your living space!

DESCRIPTION:Float time! The Co-op is SO excited to be making our debut in the Royalton Old Home Days parade on Saturday! Our Parade Committee has been having a blast preparing our float\, which has a fun foodie twist on this years’ theme\, “The wonderful Wizard of Oz”. Come out to cheer us on and there is a good chance that you will be the lucky recipient of one of three locally made food samples that we carry and were generously donated. Loeffler Homestead in Chelsea\, VThttps://www.loefflerhomestead.com/ donated 200 of their pure maple sugar candies! Cabot Creamery Cooperative of VThttps://cabotcreamery.com/ donated several cases of their Seriously Sharp Popcorn and Seriously Sharp Cheddar snack bars. Thank you to our reps at Farrell Distributing of VT\, https://farrelldistributing.com/ who hooked us up with the Cabot donations. Finally\, a HUGE thank you to Dan Gibson\, without whose trailer and generously given time\, our float could not be birthed into existence. See y’all at the parade!

After getting rained out in July\, we have rescheduled our annual business meeting for Monday\, August 24th from 6-7 pm at the White River Valley High School’s cafeteria in S Royalton. Join us to learn all the Co-op news from the past year\, hear annual reports and other Co-op business\, ask your questions and VOTE for our new Board members; we have two candidates! \nThis is our first ever hybrid meeting and we hope to see many of our member owners there who would otherwise to be able to attend. If you cannot attend in person\, please use the Zoom link we have emailed to you.
