DESCRIPTION:Join Co-op Board member\, Kip Bergstrom of https://theperishablecook.com/ for three hours while he teaches us to make AND EAT ten gourmet dishes in just ten minutes each for less than ten dollars each! \nWe will be making \n\nCourgetti with Pesto and Poached Egg\nChar Grilled Broccoli with Garlic and Red Chile\nKohlrabi Salad\nFattoush\nTomato Watermelon Salad\nGazpacho with Corn and Peach\nHummus with Spicy Beef and Pine Nuts\nEggplant Parmesan\nCaesar Salad\nShakshuka\n\nEXTRAS TOO! Kip will also teach us to make three items in advance and have on hand\, in lieu of purchasing them processed. They are: \n\nHomemade Hummus\nHomemade Red Sauce\nSchug\n\n  \nA special treat\, which is not a 10-minute dish\, as it requires a 3-hour braise a day in advance\, but the second day prep and plating can be done in 10 minutes: \n\nLamb Barbacoa Tacos (24 Tacos)\n\nThat is a total of 14 items that we will learn to make in just three hours! \n  \nMature youth are FREE with an adult.
