This experiential workshop is open to anyone curious about how to incorporate medicinal herbs into their daily life\, with an emphasis on how we can work with plants and holistic strategies to better support our service in the world. Join herbalist Alanna Birch to meet some of the common herbs that can help support more resilience and vitality to meet our current circumstances with a courageous\, open heart. \nWe will select a number of different herbs to taste\, exploring their different qualities and unique personalities. Sourcing\, preparation\, medicinal qualities\, body systems and energetics and more will be covered.
